Portrait of NENEN's Nenefits Ideation Specialist, Frances Bellegarde... therapist closing the care gap for career-driven moms through comprehensive postpartum recovery

Frances is a proud first-generation Haitian American, devoted wife, and passionate champion of all things people, process, and purpose. With a career spanning human resources, human capital, operations, and organizational development, she is the kind of person who genuinely enjoys problem solving, planning, and talking about emotional intelligence- on purpose.

With a strong foundation in program management and strategic leadership, Frances helps organizations not only achieve their enterprise level goals but also elevate employee experience. She firmly believes that a workplace can be both productive and positive—and that laughter, like a well-thought-out employee handbook, is often underrated.

Frances holds a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Development & Leadership from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Business Management and International Business from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She believes that every interaction is an opportunity to spark inclusive, meaningful change—and every conversation is a chance to spread kindness (and ideally, share snacks).

Beyond her professional work, Frances wears many hats. She is a founding member of Blossom with Love, a premium postpartum care service catering to Massachusetts and Maryland that is set to launch in 2026. Together with her husband, she also co-founded Ricardo and Co. a gift shop celebrating Haitian heritage through thoughtfully curated merchandise and premium candles (because good vibes deserve good scents). As if that weren’t enough, Frances is also a licensed cosmetologist specializing in Invisible Bond K Tip extensions and natural hair care.

Frances’ mission is clear: She strives to build and be part of communities and organizations where people feel empowered to show up as their most brilliant, creative, and authentic selves—every day and not just after a strong second cup of coffee.
